Q. How does your billing work?

A. We work with a number of payment card processors; Paypal, Stripe, Square, and which allows us to invoice clients electronically, taking payments over the phone, and accepting payments onsite. If paying by debit / credit card we will add an additional 3.9% on top of your final invoice to process your card payment. We gladly accept checks, which will be mailed to a separate address, there are no additional fees to process checks. Cashier’s and Money Orders are accepted as well which requires a copy of your license.

We will automatically bill you when you set up a retainer with us. Generally billed in monthly increments, where your invoice is split into a defined number of payments. This guarantees work for you, as our client, and us, as your service provider.

A. Squarespace is a ‘software as a service’ (‘SaaS’) website builder - you pay a monthly fee to use it, but everything you need to build and maintain your site is provided as part of that: templates, a content management system, hosting, e-commerce, support and (depending on your requirements) a domain.

A. With the advent of modern technology and software, we are able to meet with clients both remote and onsite. We utilize Zoom to conduct face to face VoIP meetings, otherwise we can meet you at our sweet co-shared workspace:

Q. are you available on the weekends?

A. Our advertising agency is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Feel free to send us a message or give us a call if you require weekend availability.

Q. I need printed materials, do you print in-house?

A. We print with our business account and offer 20-35% off printing services. If you require printing from a more local source, we can reach out to vendors, although a fair warning that their paper stock is not as quality. Depending on printing job and amount of needed materials, shipping takes between 1-2 weeks, with overnight options which require added cost.
